I will be away tommorow so this is going up a touch early. I should change the header again to ‘will be updated sunday or whenever the hell I feel like it.’ But you don’t care about that. On with the music.

Feist performed this past Wednesday in Kingston but I had to miss it. By all accounts it was a very good show, so, turning things away from Belle & Sebastian for the moment, I thought I would post these Feist radio sessions.

First up is a CBC recording of Feist who performed three songs on the sidewalk outside of El Mocambo in Toronto on June 11, 2004, as part of the North by North-East festival (see the photo below). As you might expect from recording in such a location, there is a fair bit of traffic noise in the background, including sirens, but the sound is good otherwise. Next is Feist’s studio session on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic on June 21, 2005. And, lastly is Feist’s July 1st performance on NPR’s World Cafe. In this trio or radio sessions are two versions of the new(ish) song “Intuition” as well as a new and untitled song. Does anyone knows the name if this one?
