Belle & Sebastian, Mark Radcliffe, BBC Radio 2, 30 January 2006

Posted in mp3, radio session at 2:03 pm by rgsc

In preparation for the upcoming Belle & Sebastian/New Pornographers tour I have written a rather terrible haiku:

Belle & Sebastian
On BBC Radio
Enjoy, one and all.

Of course, these files are on rapidshare. I just posted the songs individually but the complete thing – with some very strange talk – is in a zipfile at the end. Thanks to Skatterbrain for alerting me to this and for the link to my other B&S BBC post (also For the ‘Records’ mention this session today). Stay tuned – I should have some New Pornographers for you this weekend.

Thanks again for posting this! Next week, new album in stores! I’ve been depriving myself of any new B & S except for “Another Sunny Day” which Matador Records had the mp3 for and I haven’t even heard most of these live sessions yet, but if the new album is anything like “Another Sunny Day” it should be stupendous.

It is my pleasure, Mike. I too am really looking forward to the new album – you certainly have greater restraint than I. From what I have heard (four of the album tracks and these live sessions) it seems like it is going to be great.
