Back in March I linked to Schedule Two‘s excellent videos of Jason Collett‘s performance with Paso Mino in Minneapolis. But Schedule Two was not content to leave it there: now they have put up the entire performance in mp3 format for you to download.
Here’s a sample

You know what to do. Go. Get. Enjoy.
Buy Collett’s cds etc from Arts & Crafts (and the word on the street is that if you spend more than $10 you will also receive the 2006 A&C sampler, while they last).

Hot damn! You can get video of Voxtrot performing five songs in Minneapolis thanks to the mad recording skills of Schedule Two (from the same show as Tapes 'n Tapes). The five songs online are:
Mothers, Sisters, Daughters and Wives
Rise Up in the Dirt
Start of Something
Soft and Warm
And, for good measure, here are a couple of mp3s from the band's website on the off chance you don't already have them :

A few people have stopped by looking for the Weakerthans/Sarah Harmer set from last November which was broadcast on the CBC April 9th and rebroadcast on the 22nd. I don’t have it up here, but if you stop by Silver Road’s The Ring you can find a recording of the Sarah Harmer set from the rebroadcast this past Saturday. It is neither perfect nor complete (the rebroadcast edited out several songs and most of the talk) and but this is what we have. I’m hoping to get my hands on a recording of the April 9th broadcast – did anyone out there happen to record the full set?

Those guys at Schedule Two are on an amazing roll. Last week it was Tapes ‘n Tapes and this week they give you five videos of Jason Collett from his most recent tour. Seriously, these are great. And, as if you needed any more incentive, Ms. Leslie Feist whom you all seem to love so much, comes out for “Hangover Days”. Worth the price of admission right there.
Buy Jason Collett stuff here.

I thought I’d leave a quick note to let you know that those fine folks as Schedule Two have posted video of Tapes ‘n Tapes (in Quicktime & iPod-ready formats) from their 5 song set at 7th Street Entry, Minneapolis on Feb. 27th. Check back for video of the Voxtrot set from the same show. Sorry, I don’t have the mp3s made from this performance, but you can check out their SxSW performance courtesy of So Much Silence (and KEXP).
